Reconstruction project of an old house in the center of Lisbon to accommodate Vento Azul (Blue Wind) Cultural Space.
Vento Azul is a collaboration between Yves Saint Laurent House and João Pires, a Portuguese contemporary dance clothing designer. The space includes three areas: Showroom dancewear, Café, and Club. The whole space is united by a common goal: this is a place where you can organize meetings related to fashion and dance, socialize, work, listen to music, and also get acquainted with new collections of clothes.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

The idea of Instagram-friendly space formed the basis of the interior design. The design concept is aimed at the generation of Instagram users, believing that selfie will be an advertisement for a new dance clothing brand at the same time.
The inspiration for the color palette was Villa Oasis, owned by Yves Saint Laurent and some items from his fashion collections. The palette represents two monochrome colors: blue Cobalt Blue Majorlle and pink Cotton Candy Pink complemented by gilded details.
Keeping the historical geometry of the arches of the building built in the 18th century, it was decided to maximize their number by making the arches the main decorative element.
The project used furniture and lighting in a minimalist style, created by the Russian bureau Crosby Studio.
